Starting from today, all Hong Kong self-pickup points will have shipping services to the United Kingdom, which allow you or your family and friends to send the goods in person. After receiving the goods from the pick-up point, it will take 1-2 working days to arrive at the Hong Kong warehouse and arrange for delivery.
The self-pick-up point only allows drop-off goods in person and will not collect any goods from other couriers. Therefore, guests should not use the address of the self-pick-up point in Hong Kong for online shopping purposes.
In addition, the self-pickup point will not provide packaging supplies (e.g. cartons, adhesive paper, etc.), please pre-pack the goods. To avoid damage during transportation, please use a sturdy carton to load the goods. If you use a plastic bag or other less protective packaging, please understand that it will be rejected. The length, width and height of the goods should not exceed 60cm on one side and 120cm in total on the three sides. The weight of the goods should not exceed 20 pounds. If it exceeds 20 pounds, please divide them into 2 boxes.
