January 24, 2022

Recently, we have been informed that the customs of U.K., HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) may require an ingredient list of the food that you ship. Before shipping food to the U.K., we strongly advise you to follow the few steps below.

Before Purchase/ Before Shipping

  1. Read our prohibited items list carefully.
  2. Double check the ingredient list of your goods with our prohibited items list.
(Both prohibited items listed under all warehouses and under the specific warehouse where your goods will be delivered to)
  3. Contact us via our live Chat when you have any inquiries about the goods in advance.

HMRC may detain shipment if food is found, and may further require an ingredient list of the food. If so, you will receive our email regarding the request of the ingredient list of the food you are shipping.

When Ingredient Lists Require

  1. Prepare the full ingredient list of the food.
(All food in a shipment needs to have their own ingredient lists)

  3. Reply to our email with the ingredient list as the attachment as soon as possible.
