Effective from Mar 31st, 2022, we will remove the pricing options and adjust prices of the delivery fee after reviewing the service performance.
You will not need to choose any pricing option while filling your delivery address or consolidating your shipments starting from Mar 31st. Any order created before the effective date will not be affected by this adjustment and the delivery fee will be charged as listed during the payment.
New Prices (effective from Mar 31st, 2022)

Please note that while consolidating shipments from warehouses with different prices into an order, the highest charging rate will be used to calculate the delivery fee.
For example, if you consolidate 1 lb shipment from Hong Kong and 1 lb shipment from Japan into an order on Mar 31st, the delivery fee will be £18, which is charged based on the price of Japan (£11 for the first lb and £7 for each additional lb).
