We regret to inform you that we have an update for our service about prohibited items. Due to the latest regulations from the UK custom, electronics containing batteries (regardless of the type of batteries) will be banned from shipping from Hong Kong to the UK starting from today. Electronics without batteries inside will not be affected and still be allowed for shipping.
Quick tips: The easiest way to distinguish whenever the electronics are allowed — is to check if the electronics are connected with a plug. If the answer is yes, it is likely powered by the home’s electricity rather than batteries.
