There was an update on our Hong Kong warehouse address on Aug 10th, 2022 regarding the change of the reception of delivery. To have a better freight forwarding experience, we advise you to check and update your shipping addresses on Hong Kong shopping sites you used at your earliest convenience.
Besides the warehouse address update, some of our in-person drop-off points in Hong Kong have been relocated, such as Buyandship Redemption Centres at Kwai Fong and Tuen Mun. We have also added some new locations to make it easy and convenient for drop off.
You can drop your goods off at the Hong Kong warehouse and drop-off points listed at the “HK warehouse > In-person drop-off point”. Please be mindful of the following things when you handle your goods.
- Any goods sent to our drop-off points by couriers are not accepted;
- Please ensure your shipment is packaged well and your Member ID must be clearly shown on the outer packaging;
- The shipment limitation of drop-off points is the same as the one of the Hong Kong warehouse.
