After evaluating the operational efficiency, a new fee calculation method will be applied. Starting from Nov 14th, 2022, the delivery fee will be charged based on the first two lb, instead of the first lb. The price of each additional lb will not be affected.
The new fee calculation method will be effective as stated in the table below.

Any orders created before the effective date will not be affected. If you have orders created on or before 23:59, Nov 13th, 2022, the fee will be calculated based on the original fee calculation method.
Things you must know about multi-warehouse shipments
While consolidating shipments from warehouses with different prices, the delivery fee of your order will be calculated based on the highest charging rate.
Example
If you consolidate shipments from Hong Kong and from Japan into an order, the delivery fee of your order will be charged based on the price of shipping from Japan.
