- Parcel Restrictions
- Size limitation
- Either side cannot exceed 60cm and the sum of all 3 sides cannot exceed 120 cm.
- Volumetric Weight cannot exceed 2 times of the actual weight.
Volumetric Weight = [Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm)] ÷ 6,000 x 2.2046 - If deemed necessary, our warehouse will repack and replace packaging without prior notice.
- If the parcel exceeds any of the above limitations, additional charges may be required. The parcel may also be rejected by the overseas warehouse or the delivery fee may be calculated by Volumetric Weight.
- Weight limitation
- Every single shipment (per tracking number) must not exceed 40 lb.
- Every order with multiple shipments must not exceed 20 lb.
- If the single shipment weighs 20 lb or more, please do not consolidate it with other shipments.
- Overweight / Oversize Orders
- We will split overweight / oversize orders. Splitting an order incurs a handling fee of £5 per split.
- If any of the split orders have a Volumetric Weight that still exceeds 2 times of the actual weight, an additional handling fee of £5 will be charged for further splitting or the delivery fee may be calculated by Volumetric Weight.
- If we cannot repack / split the orders, the delivery fee will be calculated by Volumetric Weight.
- You can consolidate a maximum of 15 shipments per order. The maximum consolidation weight is 20 lb.
- We will notify you by email if any additional handling is needed.

Fee Calculation of Parcels consolidated from Different Warehouses
Weight & Consolidation
You can consolidate a maximum of 15 shipments per order. The maximum consolidation weight is 20 lb.
For example, you are consolidating three shipments from different warehouses to create an order.
The final chargeable weight (Actual weight):
Product A (1.2 lb) + Product B (1.2 lb) + Product C (1.2 lb)
= 4 (3.6) lb
The chargeable weight less than 1 lb will be rounded to the next whole lb.
Delivery Fee
When consolidating shipments from different warehouses, the highest charging rate will be used to calculate the delivery fee.
The chargeable weight less than 1 lb will be rounded to the next whole lb for each order.
The minimum weight of a shipment is 0.2 lb, afterwards the unit of actual weight is 0.1 lb. When the actual weight is less than 0.1 lb, it will be rounded to the next 0.1 lb.
Other Fees
Returning parcel (Only for prohibited items): £5 will be charged for every Tracking Number. Additional charges may apply for local delivery.
Handling fee (Only for overweight / oversize orders): £5 will be charged for every order splitting.
Overdue parcel: After the 30-day free storage period, £1 per day will be charged for each Tracking Number of the overdue parcel for 45 days at most. Any parcel being overdue over 45 days will be regarded as an abandoned parcel.
