Can I combine parcels from different member accounts?

Parcels from different member accounts can not be consolidated as a shipment order.

Will I be notified when my package arrives?

Yes. You will get email alerts when your package arrives at the overseas warehouse. You will also be notified when it reaches the sorting centre and is ready for consolidation.

How long can my package be stored at the warehouse for free?

Packages can be kept at the sorting centre for up to 30 days for free. This gives time to combine them with other incoming shipments.

How soon will my package be shipped after it arrives at the warehouse?

Once your package arrives at an overseas warehouse, it will be automatically scheduled for the next available shipment to sorting centre.

Which countries can ship to United Kingdom?

We currently support parcel forwarding from warehouses in 8 regions including the U.S., Japan, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan and more — all redirected to United Kingdom.
